   Complejo del Sultán Al Muayyad-El Cairo-Egipto: Originariamente la mezquita tenía 3 minaretes pero el tercero, diferente a los dos minaretes gemelos que han sobrevivido, fue destruido durante el s. XIX. Los otros dos son especialmente finos y elegantes con sus agujas esculpidas en zigzag.
The Sultan al Muayyad Complex-Cairo-Egypt: Originally, the mosque had three minarets, but the third one, different in appearance to the remaining twin minarets, was destroyed during the 19th century. The two remaining ones are particularly slender and elegant with their zigzag carved shafts.
